How to: Installing Gingerbread on TP2
So I updated my android install and made what I think is a better install video for it. Better lighting, better set up. I actually show up in the video too! Depending on the responses I may do my reviews with youtube vids! never know, it could be good.
Anyway to today’s video:
Video is being updated, accidentally uploaded the incorrect one and will add the link to the new one later today.
UPDATE: Video is back up. Sorry about that.
DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BRICK YOUR PHONE.
In this one, I’ll show you gingerbread 2.3 on the same phone as before. Hopefully this time the light is better a long with the production.
Links you will need.

App of the week: Unified Remote
So there I was trying out some apps to control my laptop without having to have it sit near my bed to watch TV and movies. I had tried Gmote and it was OK but I needed more.

Google Music: 4 invites available
So I got invited to google music today, after a few weeks waiting. It’s not to bad but I do have 4 invites available so if you want one leave a comment.
So far I can not install the app for android, no idea why. I think the Spotify app is nice but I need to upgrade to stream on the phone.

Todays app of the day postponed
I am in the process of doing a new video, so today’s app of the day that is AndChat will be put off until tomorrow. If you read and like this blog, I’m sorry! but hopefully the video that I am doing will be worth it. this will probably be replacing the one on the front page since it’s gingerbread 2.3 and not froyo 2.2.
I will probably be trying a new posting with the next app of the day, with the usual screen shots, but with video as well.
